The goal of exterior waterproofing is to permanently block water from ever making its way back inside the basement. The Injection procedure of pumping cement-based, polyurethane-based, epoxy-based or acrylate-based material into damaged or cracked structures to seal leaks and repair compromised foundation walls has its disadvantages.
